Information For Youth Parents

Youth Council – meets approximately 4 times a year, for committee chair-people. (But, anyone is invited to attend)

Youth Parent’s Meeting– ALL youth parents are encouraged to attend – held approximately 4 to 6 times per year, usually before a major trip or event.

Child and Adult Protection Policy

We follow the Child and Adult Protection Policy that has been approved by Trinity United Methodist Church and require all our volunteers to go through CAPP training. The Youth Council developed an additional Youth Chaperone Policy which addressed some needs specific to our youth program. This policy meets the requirements of the church policy, but in some cases is stricter than the church policy. Copies are available upon request.
