ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Call the church office at 706-291-0033, ext. 17 and make an appointment to visit PALS with your child. |
| 2. Complete a registration form. You can obtain a registration form at the PALS office, or download the form below. |
| 3. Submit the registration fee and first month's tuition. |
Note: We offer our program for one, two or three days per week,
depending on the needs of our parents and children and the availability of
space in our rooms. If our classes are full, we maintain a waiting list.
